I have been living on this planet for over six decades now, and have just scratched the surface of most things. I would have to live
many lifetimes to explore all of them.
I've worked as a filmmaker, clinical psychologist in prisons, therapist, jeweler, and, as a public speaker, I have presented my programs to thousands of audiences, nationwide and abroad.
I have been collecting stories from the many remarkable people I have met on my travels around the world. I have been studying the writings of great minds and hearts throughout the eras, gathering insights and practical advice from them. Their wisdom has enriched my life and my deepest wish is to share it with you. I will gladly customize a program that suits your needs and delights your hearts.
Mark Twain was called the funniest man in the world, but more importantly, he informs us about ourselves...our light and our dark sides. He said, "I am the entire human race compacted together. I have found that there is no ingredient of the race which I do not possess in either a small way or a large way." Another genius of humor is the legendary wise fool of the Middle East, Mulla Nasruddin. His adventures have been used as teaching stories for centuries. If you don't want to laugh, don't come to this program.
A delightful sampler of Walt Whitman, Americas most beloved poet, who said, "I am vast, I contain a multitude." Also included is the remarkably beautiful and profound poems and stories of Jalaluddin Rumi--a twelfth century Persian poet who is called the greatest spiritual poet of any era and the Shakespeare of the East. Rumi is also very funny. The Rumi translations I use are mostly those of Coleman Barks. These poets dazzle and can change and heal your life.
Everyone knows Albert Einstein, who has been called, the greatest scientist who has ever lived. His name is synonymous with genius. Professor Oops!, on the other hand, shows us how we all share in the Great Source from which Einstein drew: the "common miracles" around us and within us. Einstein said, "There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle." (For youth and family programs by the Professor, please click on his picture for a link to the Professor Oops! website.)
I can design a program to suit your needs. I have gathered thousands of quotes and facts and can present stories and interesting information about so many great scientists, philosophers and poets.
Programs can last 1-3 hours or be presented throughout an entire day.
One of my favorite, and most requested programs is the "Genius of Light and Dark."

I hope to bring genius programs to your library, school, conference or other special event. Since programs can be customized, prices vary. Please call me with what you have in mind and I will
e-mail you a proposal including the costs.
All of my programs are both affordable and enjoyable.
Sincerely,
Sky Schultz

Thank you so much for coming to visit us here in Spring Green! You pulled in quite a crowd! The kids talked about you all week! We greatly appreciate you sharing your time and talents with us, Sky, and helping us all know what a wonderful mind we have!

You have a rare gift. I don’t know whether to call it thoughtful passion or passionate thoughtfulness. You have brought this rare gift to fruition in a rare film “Common Miracles,” and in the process given those of us who struggle to educate a rare resource, and opportunity simply through the choice of its use, to have one of those magical moments in the classroom.

Dr. Schultz was a speaker that made me really contemplate my life…he made me want to run out and learn everything and discover as much as I could. One thing that impressed me more than anything else was Dr. Schultz’s frankness and truthfulness. I wish I could have listened to Dr. Schultz much longer that just one twenty-fourth of a day.
-Greg Scot
It wasn’t boring.

I found this man

To exaggerate only slightly, and hour with Sky is roughly equivalent to a college education.

Dear Sky,
You have a special talent for
communicating warmth and deep concern for the welfare of others. Meeting you was the highlight of the Quest for Excellence conference….I believe what you are doing is profound.
-Bob Nash, Founder and National Director of Adventures in Science
You and your friend, Professor Oops! Were a marvelous component of the International Meeting of the Association of Humanistic Psychology. Professor Oops! was delightful, and, according to conference evaluation forms, many attendees thought he was the “hit” of the conference. Your three performances were in perfect Harmony with our theme. Your professionalism, depth of understanding, and ability to entertain while educating are qualities we do not hesitate to recommend.
M.A. Bjarkman
Conference coordinator for the American Humanistic Psychology Association.
Sky is one of those rare and gifted educators, a self-taught naturalist who marvels at the wonder of it all, and an entertainer who presented just a fragment of Rumi's voluminous works with a good deal of humor. With his passion for Rumi's works and his self-deprecating humor, smiles and laughter filled the room. We look forward to hosting Sky again at the Schlitz Audubon Center.

Hey, World Saver,
You did a beautiful job at the Mensa in Indy. Thank you for doing that and being you…It seemed like you talked for 1 .5 hours about spirituality without once using that word. That was a masterpiece in itself. With gratitude and respect.
